Our beloved Late Shri Punamchand Hansraj Shah, set up a small factory in Mumbai for manufacturing plastic injection moulded goods under the name “Chhaya Plastics”. This humble start laid the foundation for the legacy of innovation and growth.

brand name, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Commercial production was started from the Silvassa facility using all-electric machines.
In a strategic move to advance our manufacturing strengths, we acquired Pyramid Plastics' operations and further expanded our production capacity.
